Никаких "closed" не надо, т.к. предметом регистрации являются права собственности на недвижимое имущество и сделки с ним - просто... and Transactions Therewith (With It) - иногда сами носители считают эти обороты (herewith, therewith etc.) ненужным канцеляризмом...

nonmovable property - agree, you can say it... its an official thing designed to confuse normal people who think in terms of real estate

therewith - yes us native speakers think it sounds stupid sometimes, but its legal jargon and its convention. when you have to, you have to... but in my case i said "with it" becasue here "therewith" seems gratuitous and does not fit with the way the contract is written (even the russian is not so legal sounding)
