i really just need to know if you can intorduce the russian trans. once and then use the english in the document. i have seen it done, but am unsure about how correct it is. |

for a contract, this solution looks suspicious, ask your lawyers. Maybe, you can add "ниже именуемый" and put whatever you want IN CYRILLIC for further use. |

and here, would you leave the english. seriously, otherwise how are they supposed to send mail, transliterate the russian transliteration? maybe but the cyrillic and then the english in ()?

In the addresses I would retain full English names, incl. XXX Mining Company Ltd. It is clear who is заказчик и исполнитель, and this refers them to the rest of the contract. |

Анатолий Д so you wouldnt even bother transliterating and then using pareantheses? just use the english and thats it? |

In the addresses - yes. In the body of the contract I would begin with XXX Mining Company Ltd. |
