Subject: вторая попытка Я уже пыталась запостить свой вопрос, но он куда-то подевался, я не могу найти. Тем не менее...У меня возникли трудности со словом "election" и всеми его формами, из-за этого я не могу разобраться в целом разделе. Пожалуйста, подскажите, что имеется ввиду в следующем предложении под "election" и прочие его формы? If this election is made with respect to a Note with amortisable bond premium, then the electing United States Holder will be deemed to have elected to apply amortisable bond premium against interest with respect to all debt instruments with amortisable bond premium (other than debt instruments the interest on which is excludible from gross income) held by such electing United States Holder as of the beginning of the taxable year in which the Note with respect to which the election is made is acquired or thereafter acquired. | ну собственно речь о выборе понятное дело. have как и положено сдвигает время чуть назад.. тоесть будет считаться что сделан выбор такой-то (в пользу такого-то варианта).. имхо. |
