Подскажите, пожалуйста, насколько English соответствует русскому ?
Как-то c relationship не очень мне нравится. Может быть есть точный аналог ?

Права и обязанности договаривающихся Сторон, вытекающие из настоящего Приложения, регламентируются действующим законодательством Российской Федерации и в соответствии со ст.425 Гражданского Кодекса РФ, распространяют свое действие на отношения Сторон, возникшие с 15 сентября 2005 года и по настоящий момент, а так же на период до момента подписания акта сдачи-приемки.

The rights and obligations of the Parties to this Agreement connected with or arising out of this Schedule shall be governed by the applicable law of the Russian Federation and in compliance with Article 425 of the Russian Federation Civil Code, and shall cover the relationship between Parties, originated 15 September 2005 and up to the present moment as well as for the period up to the moment of signing the Acceptance Certificate.

по мелочи (ОТДЕЛЬНОЕ "ПАРДОН" ЗА ПРИДИРКИ! ;о)))):
1) "connected with" заменить на "in connection with" или лучше на "in consequence of", или вообще убрать;
2) "law" заменить на "laws";
3) "and in compliance with Article 425 of the Russian Federation Civil Code, and shall" заменить на "and shall in compliance with Article 425 of the Russian Federation Civil Code" (можно было бы и запятыми оттенить то, что следует, но в ихней пунктуации я не слишком силен; кстати, посмотрите, у вас одно "and" все равно лишнее);
4) "between Parties" на "between the Parties"
5) ", originated 15 September 2005 and up to the present moment as well as for the period up to the moment of signing the Acceptance Certificate" МЕНЯЕМ НА "in effect since 15 September 2005 until now, and up to the date the Acceptance Certificate is signed/executed."
