Subject: помогите, пожалуста перевести If the assignment is not enforceable for legal reasons we, as Beneficiary under the above mentioned LC, shall take all legal steps and legal proceedings in accordance with and immediately upon your request or that of the then current bona fide assignee of proceeds to enforce any claims against the issuing Bank under the above mentioned LC including steps necessary to protect, recover or relize any such claims against reimbursement by you of full costs
