treat them наиболее and наименее as high and low - shares/bonds with high and low liquidity

There are some requirements about the share of each kind of securities in some investment portfolio.
The share of the most liquid securities in the total must not exceed X%, the share of the least liquid securities must be no more than Y%, and so on.

i cant wrap that in nice words, but smth like that: the share/portion/percentage of bonds issued by one issuer
(to estimate the exposure - what the portion of bonds issued by one issuer in the protfolio is, and what the related risks are)
