MY ATTEMPT:
For the purposes of the calculations of the Management Fee, the established annual rate is multiplied by the отношение number of calendar days in the quarter к количеству календарных дней в году, принимаемому равным 365 days. The rate received for the Management Fee for the quarter is multiplied by the Average Market Value of the Client’s Assets for the quarter.

Just a couple of suggestions:

For the purposes of calculating = To calculate
The rate received for the Management Fee = the resulting Management Fee Rate.
