Еще один вопрос возник. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что здесь подразумевается под period of responsibility?

Each period of responsibility consists of a primary diagnosis and possible treatments. After discharge from the hospital, the reason for hospital admission and the period of responsibility are determined and recorded as primary diagnosis.

спасибо за вариант, как-то у меня пока с primary diagnosis это не сочетается.

Странно, а у меня вяжется. Это период ответственности от первоначального диагноза до окончания курса лечения.
