Уважаемые коллеги, пожалуйста, помогите перевести указанное выражение.

Встречается в следующем контексте: Where appropriate, tests should be performed on in - specification devices which have been subjected to all applicable post-process techniques (e.g. cleaning, sterilization and finishing).

Сам перевел описательно: "устройство, соответствующее всем техническим требованиям и готовое к продаже"

Или я совсем ничего не понимаю, или контекст вы привели куцый. Но где в оригинале говорится о продаже? И куда подевались all applicable post-process techniques?
