Hi. Патенты требуют такого внимания, чтобы все было пуля-в-пулю. Восемнадцатый действительно похож на дополнительный порт для подключения внешнего устройства. Странно, что на фиг. 18 этот порт не указан. По поводу десятого, ИМВХО, камера для разрежения воздуха.

Двадцать третий указывает на какой-то serrated element на фигуре, х.з. Фиг 2 вообще не дает информации, а вот на фигах 23-25 уже более-менее видно. В http://www.freepatent.ru/patents/2516638 , может быть, будет clue.

только единожды во всем тексте  упоминается этот  cavitation element 2. Спрошу завтра у заказчика.))
