Мой перевод: This Contract and relations of the Parties as stipulated hereunder and all other matters arising from this Contract but not covered by this Contract shall be governed by the effective laws of Buyer’s country.

Еще вариант: This Contract and any contractual and non-contractual relations of the Parties, arising from this Contract , shall in all respects be governed in accordance with the effective laws of Buyer’s country.
