И ещё один вопрос. Непонятна вот эта часть:

with and without the treatment by subgroup interaction

Logistic models will be fitted with the endpoint as dependent variable, subgroup, treatment, and with and without the treatment by subgroup interaction as explanatory variables.

Может быть, будут какие-нибудь идеи?

Вот нашел такое:

To assess the heterogeneity of treatment effects across the subgroup levels, the Cox regression

model will be fitted with the OS time as the dependent variable; subgroup, treatment, and with and

without the treatment-by-subgroup interaction as explanatory variables. 

Здесь расставлены черточки, и становится ясно, о чем речь.

"with and without the treatment-by-subgroup interaction" С или без взаимодействия лечения по подгруппам. 

В этом деле не смыслю, но где-то так.
