Перевожу американскую декларацию по налогу на прибыль и приложения к ней. Встретился вопрос, который в переводе не могу правильно сформулировать:

Does the corporation satisfy of the following conditions and the corporation does not own a pass-through entity with current year, or prior year carryover, excess business interest expense?

У меня получилось: Удовлетворяет ли корпорация одному из следущих условий, и не владеет ли корпорация прозрачной для целей налогообложения структурой с избыточными расходами на предпринимательские проценты текущего года или предшествующих лет?

Буду признательна за исправления. 

И еще один непонятный для меня вопрос (второй, предыдущий я указала для контекста):

Does the reporting corporation import goods from a foreign related party? If "Yes," is the basis or inventory cost of the goods valued at greater than the customs value of the imported goods?

Не могу понять, к чему здесь предлог at.

Пока у меня получилось: Если да, превышает ли базовая или инвентаризационная стоимость оцениваемых товаров таможенную стоимость импортных товаров?

Вы не отразили  carryover -  переходящие  расходы, относящиеся к прошлому году, которые будут отражаться в учете в тек. году/периоде, это все расходы прошлого года 

и  prior year  (carryover) -  не " предшествующих лет"

превышает ли  оценочная   базовая или инвентар. стоимость товаров таможенную стоимость импортных товаров

The second English paragraph looks OK, but the first English paragraph is badly-written (5-6/10):

'Does the corporation satisfy of the following conditions ...... and the corporation does not own ......' doesn't make sense in English.

It should probably read something like:

'Does the corporation satisfy the following conditions ...... and does the corporation not own ......' or possibly something else.

Because the meaning isn't clear from the English and this appears to be a legal text, I would check the intended meaning with the original author.
