термины из американской декларации

Перевожу американскую декларацию по налогу на прибыль и приложения к ней. Некоторые термины вызывают затруднения. 

1) (income tax) credit, также встречается в виде глагола. Местами перевожу как «возмещение», местами – как «льгота», но кое-где, по-моему, не подходит ни то, ни другое 

Например: Credited to your estimated tax - Отражено по кредиту счета в отношении Вашего расчетного налога?? 

2) Также не уверена с переводом слова estate в налоговом контексте. 

Например: Did any individual or estate own directly 20% or more, or own, directly or indirectly, 50% or more of the total voting power of all classes of the corporation’s stock entitled to vote? 

Корректно ли здесь будет перевести: Принадлежало ли физическому лицу или имущественному комплексу… 

3) Также по всему тексту декларации используется термин license fee. 

Например: Income tax due 

Следующая строчка: License fee due 

Может ли здесь идти речь о какой-то лицензии, или это гос. пошлина?

Credited to your estimated tax - "кредит счета" не из этой оперы))) - это вычет определенной суммы из суммы предполагаемого (расчетного) налога

Yes, credit is frequently used as a verb as well as being a noun. The exact meaning (and therefore the translation) will depend on the context, as leka11 says.

3)  A license fee (US) / licence fee (UK) can be for almost anything for which you have to have a license -- a liquour store, a marriage, a dog, a television, a licensed brothel, or any of hundreds of other things, depending on the country and sometimes (in the USA) the state (штат). So what exactly does the license in your text relate to?
