Привет!

Как понимать концовку предложения их договора:

On the 15th day of each month during the Term, the Service Provider will prepare and submit to the Company an invoice for any amounts due and payable under this Section for the prior month during the prior month.

Не лишнее ли здесь during the prior month ? 15-го числа каждого месяца в течение Срока действия Договора ... предоставляет счет ... за предыдущий месяц в течение предыдущего месяца.

Рационального объяснения не находится. Что-то одно из двух, судя по всему, лишнее.

при редактировании забыли)) удалить "during the prior month"

аналогичная формулировка из сети 

см. 

 "....Company an invoice for any amounts due and payable under this  Section 2  for the prior month."
