Subject: existence date Здравствуйте!Что может означать existence date в отчете о компании-нерезиденте? (Маршалловы Острова) В нем просто указаны название, тип, статус компании, данные зарегистрированного агента и вот эта дата Сама компания учреждена в 2016 году, а date of existence 13 марта 2018 года Возможно, это дата внесения в реестр или что-то подобное? Подскажите, пожалуйста... |
| Это не может быть дата составления самого отчёта? Или опечатка: expiry date - конец срок действия документа? |

"Сама компания учреждена в 2016 году, а date of existence 13 марта 2018 года" контекста мало, но, вероятно, речь о смене юрисдикции и тогда " date of existence" - это про дату регистрации на М. о-вах см. http://www.registers.hk/erd.htm "The Marshall Islands Business Corporations Act allows a foreign corporation to re-domicile to the Marshall Islands if the "transfer of domicile is not expressly prohibited under the laws of the foreign domicile.
