The Lessee shall acknowledge its inspection of the Aircraft prior to delivery and the Lease shall contain general operational indemnities in favour of the Owner, Lessor, the finance parties (including for the avoidance of doubt any lenders, hedge counterparties and other secured parties involved in the financing of the Aircraft),) and any lease servicer and (without limitation) each of their shareholders, employees, partners and affiliates (the “Indemnitees”), against, amongst other things, claims related to the delivery, condition, ownership, manufacture, leasing, importation and operation of the Aircraft, subject to the carve-outs usual for leases such as the Lease.
