Subject: фраза из доверенности (с русского) Прошу помощи с переводом фразы, встретившейся в доверенности:Оригинал: Нотариусом установлено отсутствие производства по делу о банкротстве в отношении доверителя на основании информации, содержащейся в Едином федеральном реестре сведений о банкротстве, размещенном в сети "Интернет", полученной 09.08.2019 года. Мой вариант: The Notary Public has established that no bankruptcy proceedings are pending in respect of the principal on grounds of records contained in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information as posted on the Internet which were received on 09 August 2019. | Хоть бы переместили "полученной 09.08.2019 года" - "на основании информации, полученной ... и содержащейся в ...", и было бы уже понятнее. |

| В смысле, что я сомневалась в своем варианте, т.к. не была уверена, означает ли no proceedings are pending их полное отсутствие или, как было отмечено leka11, отсутствие таких, по которым ожидается решение. |

Предложу свой вариант: On the basis of inspection of the online Federal Register of Bankruptcies conducted/undertaken by [me / the undersigned notary] this 09.08.2019 [I certify / the notary certifies] that no bankruptcy proceedings are recorded therein in relation to the [above said] Principal. |
