Контекст: If the Distributor fails to pay the price for any Products on or before the due date for payment thereof, the Company shall be entitled (without prejudice to any other right or remedy it may have) to cancel or suspend any further delivery to the Distributor under any order, and sell or otherwise dispose of any Products which are the subject of any order by the Distributor, whether or not appropriated thereto and to apply the proceeds of sale to the overdue payment.
