А без контекста и engaging аn external organization подойдет, и involve, и bring in. |
Всем спасибо за ответы. А engaging a third-pary organization, может звучит лучше, чем external organization? Как считаете? P.S. Да, аутсорсинг звучит красиво, но немного не то. |

No, this is not. The correct one is: Why not use 'Involvement of a third-party agency/company/business?' The earlier one was informal English. It was not the Queen's English. Double quotation marks are used just for quoting someone. Besides, you should mind the right place of a quotation mark - after a punctuation mark, not in front of it like in Russian. |
///Besides, you should mind the right place of a quotation mark - after a punctuation mark, not in front of it like in Russian./// No kidding! When the entire sentence—not just the quoted word or phrase—is a question, you’ll follow a different rule In this case, the question mark is set OUTSIDE the quotation marks. Correct: Do you consider her note “noteworthy”? Incorrect: Do you consider her note “noteworthy?” Correct: Should we sing “The Hairbrush Song”? Incorrect: Should we sing “The Hairbrush Song?” |
Amor 71, which one do you think is correct: What did you mean when you asked “Should we sing “The Hairbrush Song”?” Or What did you mean when you asked “Should we sing “The Hairbrush Song”?”? Ответ очевиден. :) Просто вас не в ту степь занесло. |
I guess we were talking about the phrase Why not "involvement of a third-party agency/company/business"? What is wrong with it? Any problem? |
