Чтобы точно перевести, нужно знать, что в данном контексте понимается под "feeder". calibration drive command - может быть калибровочный управляющий сигнал.

Итальянские мануалы нужно правильно читать:

Понятно, что задание скорости (drive command) оператор может выставить произвольно, а уже скорость вращения будет пропорционально поданному заданию.

FULL SCALE DRIVE CMD

Enter the drive command frequency to be sent to the motor to make it turn at maximum speed. - а это просто нормировка задания скорости /частоты, макс. задание (full scale) соответствует макс. скорости.
