| Usually, these types of constructions are used in formal letters or documents. If you send to the Recipient something not that formal than you can use what Rus_Land has offered |

В личном общении лучше использовать непрямой вопрос вроде: Would/do you mind + -ing Напр., Do you mind sending me...? |

Нормальная форма делового общения. | Kindly не рекомендуется использовать для первого обращения. Это больше годится для повторного запроса, если не получили ответ на первое обращение.
