Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести еще один термин: TRUTH ACT

По смыслу получается, что это "Акт о правах", так как этот документ предполагает разъяснение заключенным их прав.
Но насколько этот вариант правилен?
Может быть кто-то знает точный перевод?
