If they were временные, they'd normally be 'pop-up' (eg stands, shops, cafes, etc). 'POP' here probably means 'point(s) of purchase': http://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/pointofpurchase1.asp

'Collaterals' is jargon for 'marketing collateral items' = publicity material (leaflets, displays, magazines etc) which helps you advertise your product(s)/service(s).

Нееее, надо уточнять что такое POP. Это может быть Point of Purchase, Point of Presence и куча всякого другого хлама...
