* 'представлять Компанию в отношениях с любыми, в том числе и должностными, лицами и представителями органов власти' – How about something like 'to represent the Company in its dealings with any relevant (organisations or?) persons, including government and other officials' ? It's not a word-for-word translation (калька), but means the same.

I put 'organisations or' in brackets because I'm not sure whether любые лица here includes organisations as well as people. You will probably know, though.

Note that 'dealings' isn't the same as 'deals'; it has a much wider meaning and includes, for example, phone calls, emails, meetings (in other words, all contacts between them) plus any other activities involving the two sides inc agreeing deals, signing contracts etc.

Note also that UK English = 'organisations'; US English = 'organizations'.

gel: 'individuals' is also fine. It means the same as 'persons' here.

Alex16: I wondered whether 'любые ...... лица' might perhaps include юридические лица as well as persons. You do lots of legal translations, so what do you think?

I believe that persons MAY imply legal entities, while the original text, however awkward it is, does imply individuals (I almost lean towards Frina's version).
