Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

For purposes of this Agreement, Price Per Question shall be defined as the fee incurred by Licensee corresponding to each individual market research question asked which requires any active response from the respondent. больше слово grid нигде не встречается. Думаю что это какое то прилагательно, типа "сложный вопрос", или "вопрос с возможностью выбора вариантов ответа"

И еще , как бы вы перевели последнее предложение этого абзаца?
