However, depending on the merit and at the discretion of the Company, advance against mobilization charge may be given at an interest rate of 1% above the prevailing Bank rate (CC rate) of SBI from the date of payment of the advance till recovery/refund. However, any mobilization advance shall be given in two phases – 50% of mobilization changes before shipment of materials, equipment & tools etc. and rest 50% after the shipment is completed. Тут же аванс НА мобилизацию, а не ПОД мобилизацию, не? Заранее спасибо
