помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом сабжа в следующем фрагменте:

Digital Signature Certificate comes in a pair of Signing/verification and Encryption/decryption certificate. Bidder should have both the Signing/verification and Encryption/Decryption certificate for Signing and encryption, decryption purpose respectively. In case bidder created response with one certificate (using encryption key) and bidder changes his Digital Signature Certificate later on then old certificate [Used for encryption] is required in order to decrypt his encrypted response for getting the EDIT mode of the response.

имхо, если участник подал заявку, используя Encryption certificate, а потом внес изменения в Digital Signature Certificate , то для редактирования заявки нужно раскодировать ее с использованием old certificate [Used for encryption]

редактировать, похоже, нужно не саму заявку, а Digital Signature Certificate , а через заявку, вероятно, участник получает доступ к редактированию DSC
