The amount of any and all Losses indemnifiable pursuant to Section XXX shall be determined net of (i) any amounts actually recovered by the applicable indemnified party under insurance policies or other collateral sources (including contractual indemnities of any Person which are contained outside of this Agreement) with respect to such Losses (including any insurance proceeds) and (ii) any Tax benefits actually realized by the applicable indemnified party with respect to such Losses.

Не очень устраивает словарный вариант "источники залога"... Наверняка речь идет о документах, предусматривающих обеспечение...

страховка - это доп. фин. обеспечение/гарантия. отсюда и плясать имхо.
"других обеспечительных инструментов/источинков" "других источников обеспечения", "прочих гарантий/инструментов гарантии" типа как-то так, навейное
