Student Placements

Rainbows (это название хосписа) continues to support the needs of students and we have continued to work closely with the local universities both in supporting students on placement here and offering clinical expertise, education and training in palliative care across the region and further afield. Palliative care courses are run at different academic levels to meet the identified training needs of internal staff and others external to the organisation.

Rainbows has a robust student programme with an updated policy and induction package (which includes health & safety information). This is provided to all students prior to their placement and is implemented and evaluated by the Education and Development Team and other appropriate teams to ensure appropriate and effective placements for students of various disciplines.

Mentorship is available to all students who have placements at Rainbows and the hospice provides clear objectives during their time here. Students will also complete their own organisational paperwork with their mentors during their placement. Feedback from placements is excellent and we have good working relationships with the universities and their tutors, with regular mentor updates delivered by them for clinical staff.

нет
updates это из той же бочки, что и feedback. т.е. кто-то до кого-то доносит чье-то мнение или оценку.
