Добрый день, помогите правильно перевести disapplying Part IV of Schedule 2 и apply to disapply Part IV of Schedule 2 в след. контексте:We, the company, for the purpose of disapplying Part IV of Schedule 2 of the BVI Business Companies Act in our capacity as registered agent for the Company, hereby apply to disapply Part IV of Schedule 2 of the BVI Business Companies Act on this 22nd July 2013.
