Subject: KMnO7 stain/Heat chem. The suspension was sonicated for 1 h and then cooled to -10 °C (dry-ice/MeOH) for 10 min. Propionyl chloride (9.8 mL, 112 mmol, 1.2 equiv.) was added dropwise to the cooled suspension to provide an orange solution. The reaction was removed from the bath and stirred at room temperature for 16 h. The solvent was removed to provide a semi-solid. The semi-solid was suspended into EA (300 mL) and the suspension was filtered. The solid was rinsed with EA (2 x 100 mL). TLC analysis (10% MeOH/DCM, KMnO7 stain/Heat) indicated there were three spots: Rf: 0.2, 0.5, 0.7. TLC (50% EA/Hex, KMnO7 stain/Heat) indicated there were two spots: Rf: 1, 0.3.Как в данном случае переводится этот фрагмент KMnO7 stain/Heat? Заранее спасибо |
