в подобном тексте ниже есть след. "...directors and officers who are determined by the Corporation or otherwise to be or to have been ****“fiduciaries” of any employee benefit plan of the Corporation ..." имхо, Вам надо перед "employee benefit plan" надо несколько развить тему, добавив "fiduciaries" |
