В генной инженерии термин "слитый", "слияние" применяют только к белкам.
А вакцина - это необязательно белок.
Поэтому лучше какой-нибудь вариант типа "вакцина, являющаяся смесью слитых с PreS белков" или "...смесью белков слияния пептидов с PreS"
