Подскажите, правильно ли я понимаю смысл данного предложения?

No admission, offer, promise or indemnity shall be made without our consent of which shall be entitled to take over and conduct in the X's name the defence or settlement of any claim and X shall give all information and assistance as we may require.

Речь идет о том, что сам Х (опуская подробности) ничего не предпринимает без нашего согласия, а вот мы имеем право от имени Х и при его содействии урегулировать все его проблемы?

нашлась более удобоваримая формулировка))) на ту же тему

...no admission, offer, promise or indemnity shall be made without Our consent and We shall be entitled to take over and conduct in the Insured Person's name the defence or settlement of any claim or ....

в любом случае в "...consent of which... " "of" - лишнее, в ссылках нет
