Насчет anti-spin seal что-то мне кажется, что в данном контексте anti-spin означает противоштопорный. Потому что в описании речь идёт о том, чтобы не произошёл сбой дробилки и система не вошла в штопор. Так можно просто сказать - противоштопорное уплотнение?
