Датой подписания договора считается дата его подписания последней из Сторон, а в случае ее отсутствия датой подписания считается дата, указанная на первой странице договора.

The date of this Contract is the date this Contract is signed by the last Party, а в случае ее отсутствия датой подписания считается дата stated on the first page of the Contract.

честно говоря не логически с юр точки зрения, ведь договор является валидным, если его подписали обе стороны... но если относиттельно перевода, то не last party, a signed by both Parties. Честно говоря, само написание русское очень неважное. Относительно вашего вопроса, я бы написала "or" или "in the case of absence", "in the absence of the latter". Тут скорее нукжно вчитаться в сам догвор и немного переписать, что бы звучало по-человечески...

Предлагаю такой вариант: This Contract shall be validly executed and binding from the date of the signature of the last Party to sign it. Or as an alternative, from the date stated on the first page of this Contract.

зачем переводить, то чего нет??? смсыл же не дописать..
