Each Party shall during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter:

ensure that all tangible objects and copies thereof in its possession or under its control containing or imparting Information, except for one copy of each document which may be retained for the recipient's confidential files, shall be destroyed or returned to the disclosing party, at the disclosing party's option, at any time upon the disclosing party's request upon termination of this Agreement.
