Each Party shall during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter: use its reasonable efforts to limit access to the other's Confidential Information to those employees who have a need to know the Confidential Information for the business purposes of this Agreement...

1) who have a need to know - "знать" как-то нехорошо...которые хотят использовать Конфид. инф-цию...?

2) for the business purposes of this Agreement - для коммерческих целей, предусмотренных настоящим Договором (это договор поставки)
