1. to 2. << It is not clear what you mean by "expenditure rates" here. It is not very clear how rates can be included in Goods. Is it that some rates are added on top of item costs? Following is my version of English, which, I admit, doesn't sound very good, but perhaps, someone who understands Russian can imporove on it. >> Pursuant to the inspection results (or, simply, “Following the inspection,”), Seller’s agents shall complete and provide Consignee with written suggestions on elimination of existing problems and increasing product efficiency. | Re. 2 I would use 'transfer' or 'deliver' instead of 'pass'. It sounds strange to me. I also don't understand what is meant by 'expenditure rates'. |
