my translation (so far): Upon familiarization with the documents mentioned, the Bank will examine their authenticity по external features, не устанавливая фактического исполнения взаимных обязательств indicated in the documents лиц. For the non-authenticity of the presented documents or вытекающих из них обязательств the Bank is not accountable.
