Unless it has some special meaning in computing, 'virtual of scale' isn't English. So my guess is that it doesn't mean anything and is a mistake -- but try our computing friends on the forum. 'Technological compute' also looks questionable.

Is it a translation into English? If so, can you display any more of it?

Intelligentization

To make a thing more "intelligent".

By applying a network to the thing you can gather information, send data etc

This is now an "intelligentised" thing. i.e a Building, house, ship etc.

The network will have a wide array of data signals such as engine rpm, air temperature, current flow, fuel consumption, valve state etc and it will also be able to control such things if they are even more "intelligent".

It's just a fancy way of saying that you can look at or control things over a network.

i.e.

I have intelligentised my home with security video cameras that I can look at over the network etc.
also I can turn the lights on or off and control the temp etc via the network.
