Ох, простите, первый раз - тему неаккуратно ввела, и не отразилось выделение п/ж. Мне не дается вот эта фраза:

Смысл такой: "При просрочке платежа ... обязуется уплатить процентную ставку на просроченную сумму, равную базовой ставке Банка на дату уплаты плюс 2 %"
