Уважаемые коллеги!

Хочу узнать, правильно ли я передал смысл пункта документа. Он был прислан мне из Казахстана. Речь идет об аудите. Возможно, кто-то с подобным сталкивался.

Serious internal and client incident action item completion is subject to compliance verification:
a. Three months after close out.
b. One year after close out.
c. At the request of the Country Manager and HSE Manager.

Выполнение в соответствии с указаниями пункта об устранении последствий серьёзного инцидента (происшествия), который произошёл внутри компании и с заказчиком, должно быть подтверждено:
a. через три месяца после завершения (проекта)
b. через год после завершения (проекта)
c. по требованию представителя компании в (Казахстане) и менеджера по ОТОСБ.

The English looks suspicious.

* An 'action item' in the minutes of a meeting, with a person's name or initials next to it, is a subject that's been discussed at the meeting, which the meeting has decided the person named must then deal with/sort out.
* 'close out' -- I've no idea what this means.
* 'Country Manager'?!? Does this mean the Queen, or Vlad. P.?!? If it's a large, international organisation, this may mean a local manager based in a particular country -- but that's just a guess.

Yippie -- Ah, an Americanism. Looks like a technical term for what Brits tend to call a 'clear-out sale' (if it's just to sell surplus stock) or a 'closing-down sale' (if the business is also closing down). Thank you for that.
