With reference to the meeting that we had this week with the representatives of your company, I’d like to ask for your kind advice regarding the directions how to find the list of projects that was proposed for our review, since we faced some difficulties to find it on your site.

Скорее всего, вы переводите письмо с целью ознакомить с его содержанием руководство. Здесь не нужно переводить дословно, отталкиваясь от предлагаемого корявого англ текста. Переведите нормальным русским языком незатейливый смысл. Так будет гораздо лучше

'your kind advice' is just a stylistic (very polite) way of saying 'your advice'. Your Russian version just needs to be reasonably polite; you don't need to translate 'kind' at all.

Also the English is written by a non-native speaker.
