или залог, заимствование или передача в заём ф-х и-в

знаешь, эти сделки применительно к нашему праву могут быть в виде займов или товарных кредитов, в зависимости от предмета заимствования. Но наш ЦБ их в целом называет займами, так как это более общий термин
