Доброго времени суток всем. Помогите пожалуйста понять смысл предложения.

A feasible chemical access to Impurity D with suitable purity and yield could not be established, and therefore the content is calculated on prednisolone.

Мой вариант:
Отсутствует возможность получения требуемого количества стандарта Примеси С с соответствующей чистотой, поэтому содержание этой примеси рассчитывается по преднизолону.

п.с. Вот, для контекста: The molecular mass of Impurity D could not be determined applying LC/MS analysis. A feasible chemical access to Impurity D with suitable purity and yield could not be established, and therefore the content is calculated on prednisolone. Since the UV spectrum of the degradation product is very similar compared to the spectrum of prednisolone the response factor for Impurity D is proposed to be one.
