1. executed the instrument в контексте
"By his signature on the instrument the person or the entity upon behalf of which the person acted executed the instrument".
( Своей подписью на документе физическое или юридическое лицо, от имени которого действовало физическое лицо, подписали документ?)
2.The record was acknowledged before me on 05/05/16 by Peter Petersson.
( надпись была подтверждена PP ?или PP был ознакомлен с этой надписью?)

Эти фразы из удостоверительной надписи нотариуса США:
On 05/05/16 before me... personally appeared Peter Petersson who proved to me on the basis of satisfactory evidence to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledged to me that he executed the same in his authorized capacity...
