Помогите, пожалуйста, изложить более красивым юридическим языком следующие предложения (речь идет о предоставлении предложения подрядчиком будущему заказчику):

All aspects of the present proposal, as well as deliverables developed on its basis, can be affected by any unpredictable circumstance (such as change of ...). Therefore, all deliverables as results of services provision might not match with actual circumstances.
Taking into consideration the abovementioned, the present proposal does not bear responsibility arising during decision making by Client.

Непредвиденные обстоятельства, такие как изменение X, могут повлиять на аспекты настоящего предложения, а также документы, разработанные на его основе. Таким образом, все документы, полученные в результате оказания услуг, могут не совпадать с фактическими условиями.
Учитывая все вышесказанное, данное предложение не подразумевает ответственности, возникающей в процессе принятия решения Заказчиком. (слово Сторона (не несет ответственности) употреблять здесь нельзя по просьбе юриста).

Force majeure events such as a change of X are likely to have an impact on this proposal provisions and the deliverables based thereon. Thus, all the deliverables received upon rendered services may differ than the actual terms. With reference to all the above-mentioned, this proposal will not purport any liabilitiy which arises during decision-making of the Customer.
