- upon the request of one of the parties to an Existing Dispute or a Related Dispute, or a Party or a party to any of the Transaction Documents, Project Documents or Finance Documents which itself wishes to be joined in any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to any Dispute, the Arbitral Tribunal may join any party to this Agreement or any of the Transaction Documents, Project Documents or Finance Documents to any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to that Dispute and may make a single, final award determining all disputes between them.

вообще, reference to arbitration - это же в смысле refer the dispute to arbitration

Если это в смысле смысле refer the dispute to ..., то это reference вполне можно опустить.

В приведенной Вами ссылке мне не очень нравится конкретизация "в качестве соистца или соответчика"...
